With a maximum light output of 3,100 lumens and a range of 305 metres, the range has been improved by about 38.6% compared to the previous generation, making it the best choice among ultra slim torches. Strong and durable The EDC27 UHi weighs only 122 grams and has a very strong stainless steel housing that can withstand heavy pressure and bending. The surface is treated with a PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) titanium coating for excellent durability and resistance to scratches and fingerprints. Structurally, the front and rear stainless steel casings are fused with a high strength carbon fibre composite frame, secured with six sets of connecting bolts, for a lightweight but rigid construction that resists compression, twisting and bending. Tactical applications Designed specifically for tactical applications, the two rear buttons are located at different heights for easy identification and intuitive operation to select the desired brightness level. The MODE button provides quick access to STROBE READY™ (3,100 lumens)/TURBO(3,100 lumens)for quick tactical responses. OLED display The EDC27 UHi has an energy efficient OLED display that shows lumens, battery voltage, remaining battery life and more. A new remaining power display has been added to the OLED screen, which uses a dynamic progress bar that increases or decreases to show real time availability and recovery times for TURBO and STROBE. Pre programmed level function The EDC27 UHi now features a pre programmed level function, allowing users to set the desired brightness level before switching on the torch.
