It features an enhanced Connbox design with no straight or parallel surfaces to reduce room tone and resonance. Its Lyre mic suspension and Floating Basket Suspension improve vibration isolation and minimize handling noise. The 3D-Tex material delivers significant attenuation of wind noise while being easy to clean. Further contributing to the system´s low maintenance is the magnetic locking design, which allows for one-handed opening and closure. The two MZL inputs match the connectivity of your Sennheiser MKH 8040 microphones, and the XLR 5-pin output contributes to effective cable management. Boompole compatibility is offered via a brass 3/8"-16 UNC female thread.
